Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 1 cup pumpkin puree

  • half of 1 cup fresh cream

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 tsp pumpkin Spice powder

  • 2 tbsp Honey

  • for crust - 1 cup all purpose flour

  • half of 1 cup butter chilled cut in cubes

  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar

  • 1 Pinch of pumpkin Spice powder

Directions

  • 01

    for crust rub butter, powdered sugar and flour till bread crust consistency is obtained

  • 02

    Then add chilled water as required to bring the dough together

  • 03

    chill the dough for 15 minutes

  • 04

    roll the dough place it on pie tin bake for 15 minutes at 190 degree Celsius

  • 05

    mix rest all the ingredients for filling and fill half-baked pie shell

  • 06

    bake in preheated oven at 180 degree Celsius for 20 to 25 minutes

  • 07

    Let it cool remove from the oven spread powder sugar on it

  • 08

    Cut and serve
