Cream butter and sugar till creamy
Add 1 egg at a time
Whisk till all the eggs are beaten in
Add the milk and flour gradually
Add the bakingnpwder
Add the zest
And finally add the orange juice
Make sure the batter is not too liquidy
Pour the batter in a well greased Bubdt pan
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 D Celsius for 1 hrs or till a toothpick pick inserted comes out clean
Serve warm
