Tutti Frutti Suji Cake Without Egg

  • 1 cup semolina

  • 1 spoon baking powder

  • 1/2 spoon baking soda

  • 1/2 Cup sugar powder

  • 2 tbsp tutti frutti

  • 2 tbsp curd

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 1 spoon vanilla essence

  • 3/4 cup Milk or as required


  • First take a bowl add curd, baking soda and butter.
  • In another bowl add semolina,baking powder and tutti frutti.
  • Now in curd mixture add sugar powder and vanilla essence.
  • Mix semolina mixture in curd mixture bowl.
  • Add some milk for make pouring consistency.
  • Mixture should be some thick.
  • Pour this mixture in greased mold.
  • Bake this in preheated oven at 180 degree Celsius for 30 minutes.
  • After 30 minutes check this cake by toothpick, insert a toothpick in the cake and take it out if toothpick comes clean that mean cake is well cooked.
  • Remove the cake from mould after cooling.
  • Your delicious tutti frutti Suji cake without egg is ready.
