Ingredients

Serves : 5
  • 130 grams all purpose flour


  • 1 tsp oil


  • 125 grams milk


  • 100 gram sugar


  • 2 eggs


  • 1 tsp vanilla essence


  • 5 gram baking powder


  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder


  • 200 ml whipping cream


  • 2 tbsp syrup for moistning the cake


  • for decoration - 15 strawberries


  • 1 cup chopped pineapples


  • 3 chopped Kiwis

Directions

  • beat eggs until light and fluffy
  • add powdered sugar and continue beating
  • add milk vanilla essence and oil
  • sieve all purpose flour, baking powder and cocoa powder two three times
  • now add dry ingredients into the wet ingredients
  • mix until combined
  • bake in preheated oven at 180 degree Celsius for 35 minutes
  • whip cream with vanilla until stiff peaks form
  • can add icing sugar for holding shape
  • When the cake becomes completely cool then cut into 3 layers
  • Place the first layer and sprinkle some sugar syrup on the top
  • Evenly spread the whipped cream on the cake
  • Place another layer of cake and repeat the whole process
  • Do the same process with the third one also
  • At last cover the whole cake with the whipped cream and place it in the freezer for 15 minutes
  • After 15 minutes again cover up with the thick layer of whipped cream
  • Now decorate the top with fresh fruits as shown in the picture
  • Serve chilled
