Ingredients

Serves : 15
  • 11/2 cup whole wheat flour
  • 3/4 cup curd
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 11/2 tsp sprig vanilla essence
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 6-7 cherry for decoration

Directions

  • Preheat oven at 180°
  • Sieve dry ingredients twice
  • Mix curd,oil and sugar
  • Add dry ingredients in batches and mix it in cut and fold method
  • Add sprig vanilla essence and mix it
  • Pour batter in a greased round mould and bake at 180° for 35 mins
  • Decorate with cherry and cut in pieces
