Ingredients

Serves 6

  • 4 eggs

  • 1 onion

  • 1 tomato

  • 1 cup of spinach leaves

  • 1 tsp pepper

  • Half of 1 tsp salt

  • 2 tsp garlic granules

  • 2 tsp oil

Directions

    preheat the oven at 180 degree Celsius

  • 02

    grease the Muffin tray with oil

  • 03

    heat of the oil in the pan add chopped onions Saute until translucent

  • 04

    add chopped tomato and cook until mushy

  • 05

    add washed spinach leaves and Saute until it shrinks and switch off the flame

  • 06

    take a mixing bowl ,break eggs and add to the bowl

  • 07

    now add all the Saute mixture into the eggs and whisk well until combined

  • 08

    ladle the egg mixture into the greased tray and bake for 15 to 20 minutes until the top becomes little firm

  • 09

    allow it cool completely and remove from baking tray

  • 10

    serve it with source of your choice
