Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • For custard- 1 cup cream


  • half of 1 cup full cream milk


  • half of 1 tsp vanilla essence


  • 4 egg yolk


  • 3 tbsp sugar


  • 4 tbsp granulated brown sugar

Directions

  • whisk cream ,milk ,egg yolk and white sugar together
  • fill in baking cup
  • arrange these cups on baking tray fill boiling water in it
  • bake in preheated oven at 180 degree Celsius for 15 minutes
  • now let it set in fridge for 1 hour
  • After custard sets. Sprinkle brown sugar and caramelize it with blow torch and decorate it using mint leaves or anything you like
