whisk cream ,milk ,egg yolk and white sugar together
fill in baking cup
arrange these cups on baking tray fill boiling water in it
bake in preheated oven at 180 degree Celsius for 15 minutes
now let it set in fridge for 1 hour
After custard sets. Sprinkle brown sugar and caramelize it with blow torch and decorate it using mint leaves or anything you like
