Preheat oven at 180° for 5 minutes
Grease baking tray and line with butter paper
Sieve dry ingredients
Mix sugar and curd till creamy
Add vanilla essence and mix
Add dry ingredients and mix it
Take one spoon batter in another bowl and mix red food colour
Pour this red batter with cone or spoon in dot shape on the baking tray
Keep this tray in fridge for 5 minutes
After 5 minutes take out the tray and pour all batter and bake it for 10 minutes
After 10 minutes demould the cake on kitchen towel or on butter paper
Once again flip the cake and roll it along with butter paper in form of log
After 5 minutes open the rolled log and apply jam evenly over it
Roll it again tightly and keep it in fridge for 10 minutes to set
After 10 minutes take it out and cut in slices and enjoy the cake
