Ingredients

Serves 6

  • 3 bread slices

  • 150 ml fresh full fat milk

  • ¾ cup sugar 3 tbsp

  • 2 tsp coffee(mixed in ¼ cup warm water)

  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

  • For decoration- 1 tbsp caramelized sugar syrup, 2-3 chopped strawberry or fruit of your choice and some coffee powder

  • 3 eggs

Directions

    preheat the oven at 180 degree Celsius for 15 minutes

    leaving se tbsp sugar blend all the ingredients in the blender until combined

  • 03

    Now add rest of the sugar in your baking tin and straight on the gas. We need to caramelise this

    Pour the blended mixture gently in the tin

  • 05

    bake for 30 minutes

  • 06

    initially it will be puffed up but after 5 minutes rest it will settle down

  • 07

    now transfer it to your serving plate

  • 08

    Now decorate as per your choice , serve warm or cool.
