  • Wheat flour 2 cup

  • Powdered sugar 1 cup

  • Butter 1 cup

  • Condensed milk 1 cup

  • Milk 1 cup

  • Baking powder 1 tbs

  • Baking soda 1 tbs

  • Sprig vanilla essence 1 tbs

  • Cherries 250 gm

  • Cherry chunks 4 tbs


  • Sieve the wheat flour , baking powder and baking soda thrice
  • In a mixing bowl start pouring melted butter , sugar , condensed milk and whisk very well for 5 minutes. Now milk little milk and beat to mKe a perfect bater. Add some cherry chunks and mix.
  • Meanwhile preheat the pan and in low medium flame for 10 minutes. Next grease the tin and pour bater.
  • Now place the tin in the pan carefully and bake the cake for 45 minutes in low flame.
  • When its done check with toothpick and cool it down completely. Demould the cake and keep aside.
  • Now decorate the cake with cherries. Cut the cake into slice and serve.
