  • 150 gms butter

  • 150 gms sugar

  • 150 gms maida

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • 4 eggs

  • Pineapple tin 1 cup

  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

  • For icing:- whipping cream-1 cup

  • 1 cup Pineapple pices


  • Method:- In a bowl add butter,sugar,and blend it till light cream color add 4 eggs and blend it. add maida , baking soda and mix it gently( using cut and fold method) in center from up and down add vanilla essence and mix it like cream method add fine chopped pineapple pices ans mix it and take cake tin in spread butter and maida for dusting then add cake batter in it and tape surrounded for 2 sec .preheat oven for 10 minutes then bake for 180 degree for 25 minutes and check it with tooth pic and remove the cake from cake tin by helping of knife with surrounded .and cut it into 3 layers and spread pineapple siruf and add whipped cream on it do same process more 2 layer. in last add whipping cream and decorate with cherries and pineapple pices and keep in refrigerator for 5 to 6 hrs to chill and serve your favorite pineapple pastry is ready
