Boil corn and green peas,Cook rice fully make it soft
Make Maida batter with adding Orgeno and chilli flakes for coating
Chop coriander and mint leaves
Take a bowl add all the spices into cooked rice and add lemon juice
Next add boiled corn and green peas
Add chopped coriander and mint and add some bread crumbs to hold and make crispy
Mix all well and add more salt if required
Grease your palm with some oil and make round balls and add cheez cube or grated cheez in between
Keep ready by making all balls so rhat while frying it will be quick
Take a deep pan heat oil, Dip ball into Maida batter,Spread bread crumbs on the rice balls ,And deep fry the till it becomes brown
And serve hot and yummy Mexican cheezy rice balls with tomato sauce or green chatni
