Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 2 cups rice


  • 1/2 cup green peas


  • 1/2 cup corn


  • 1 cup grated cheez


  • 2 cups breadcrumbs


  • 1 cup Maida


  • 1 tablespoon orgeno


  • 1 tablespoon red chilli flakes


  • 1 cup hara dhania & mint leaves


  • 1 tablespoon red chilli powder


  • 1 tablespoon chat masala


  • 1 tablespoon garam masala


  • 1 tablespoon black pepper


  • 1 tablespoon turmeric


  • 1 tablespoon salt


  • 1 tablespoon amchur powder


  • 1/2 lemon juice

Directions

  • Boil corn and green peas,Cook rice fully make it soft
  • Make Maida batter with adding Orgeno and chilli flakes for coating
  • Chop coriander and mint leaves
  • Take a bowl add all the spices into cooked rice and add lemon juice
  • Next add boiled corn and green peas
  • Add chopped coriander and mint and add some bread crumbs to hold and make crispy
  • Mix all well and add more salt if required
  • Grease your palm with some oil and make round balls and add cheez cube or grated cheez in between
  • Keep ready by making all balls so rhat while frying it will be quick
  • Take a deep pan heat oil, Dip ball into Maida batter,Spread bread crumbs on the rice balls ,And deep fry the till it becomes brown
  • And serve hot and yummy Mexican cheezy rice balls with tomato sauce or green chatni
