Ingredients

Serves : 10
  • 300 gram all purpose flour


  • 275 grams powdered sugar


  • 2 tsp oil


  • 100 gram milk powder


  • 50 gram dark chocolate


  • 50 gram cocoa powder


  • 40 gram liquid glucose


  • 1½ tsp baking powder


  • 1½ tsp baking soda


  • 360 ml water

Directions

  • Line 8×8 inch pan with butter paper so that it hangs over two sides of the pan. Lightly grease the pan and keep aside
  • and liquid glucose in half cup of water and heat it
  • add chocolate to it and boil for 4 to 5 minutes
  • switch off the gas and add rest of the water and keep it aside
  • add all the dry ingredients in the mixing bowl
  • at the oil and rub it with the dry ingredients
  • add chocolate mixture to the dry ingredients and mix well
  • put the mixture in the baking tray
  • bake in preheated oven at 180 degree Celsius for 40 to 45 minutes
  • let it cool completely before slicing
