  • All purpose flour 1 cup

  • Sugar 1/2 cup

  • Oil 1/2 cup

  • Yoghurt 1/2 cup

  • Baking powder 1 tbs

  • Baking soda 1 tbs

  • Sprig vanilla essence 1 tbs

  • Betel leaves 4

  • Gulkand 1 tbs

  • Cardamom powder 1/4 tbs

  • Cream 1/2 cup

  • Milk 1 cup


  • Sieve the flour , baking powder and soda thrice.
  • In a mixing bowl add melted butter, sugar , yoghurt, sprig vanilla essence and beat the mixture very well.
  • Now pour dry ingredient into wet mixture and whisk very well. Add milk as required to make a perfect bater.
  • Meanwhile preheat the pan for 10 minutes. Grease the tin and duat flour.
  • Pour the bater and tap twice to release air bubbles. Place tge tin jn preheated pan and cover with lid. Bake the cake for 45 minutes.
  • When its done allow the cake to cool doqn in room temperature. Demould the cake and keep aside.
  • In a mixing bowl add cream, betel leaves paste , gulkand paste , cardamom powder and whisk very well to make a desired cosistency.
  • Next spread the prepared frosting and make desired dropping design. Drop some cream and amke design with toothpick. Spread sprinkles and keep in a fridge for half an hour.
  • Slice the cake and serve.
