  • 2/3 cup all purpose flour

  • 1/4 cup almond flour

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 150g.m unsalted butter at room temperature

  • 1 cup caster sugar

  • 4 egg at room temperature

  • 4tbsp honey mix with lil water

  • 2 teaspoon milk ( use only when if required)

  • 200g.m wipped cream

  • 200g.m coconut cream

  • 400g.m white chocolate at room temperature

  • 1 pinch of salt

  • Almond, and, coconut essence 2 -2 drop


  • mix all purpose flour almond flour, baking powder take a strainer and strain all thing together 2-3 time do it can mix well and no lump put it aside now Take a mixing bowl add butter mix with help of spatula or head mixer til become fluffy then add sugar mix again then add egg one by one till smooth now add flour in 3 batch add salt mix till become smooth with no lumps add milk in mix is too thick. add almond essence. mix meanwhile preheat oven at 180• if you are using convention then no preheat required. prepare baking tin add cake mix in it bake for 45-50 min till tooth pick come out clean. once it bake remove from tin and let it cool on cooling rake . make a double bowler add coconut cream and white chocolate chip mix till it melt and mix perfectly. or use micro. add both in a microwave safe bowl. heat up for one minute mix well heat again if need. let the mix cool now take a mix bowl add wipped cream wipped till hard spike rise. now add ganache mix till desire consistency get add essence ond any food colour of ur choice. if you want to use more colour part the ganache cream in 3 or 2 part and mix with desire colour. now cut the cake in 2-3 Leyar use honey and water mix for soggy the cake now apply coconut ganache cream and fill the first layer put second layer and repeat the same . then do crumb cote and decorate the cake as you desire.
