  • 1cup Yogurt

  • 1cup Black Sugar

  • 4tbsp Treacle syrup

  • 1+1/2cups All purpose flour

  • 1+1/2cups Corn flour

  • 1tsp Vanilla extract

  • 3nos Eggs

  • 1cup Oil

  • 1tsp Baking powder

  • 1/4cup Chocolate chips

  • 1/2cup Walnuts (chopped)


  • Preheat the oven to 350F. Transfer the yogurt in a bowl.
  • Sieve both flours, baking powder and keep aside..
  • Add the eggs, black sugar,treacle syrup and beat until they turns soft, now add the oil and yogurt to the sugar-egg mixture,vanilla extract and beat again everything for a while.
  • Add the flours and stir well until everything get well mixed.
  • Grease a bundt pan, sprinkle the chocolate chips and chopped walnuts.
  • Pour the cake batter into the pan and bake for 35-40minutes or a skewer inserted comes out clean.
  • Cool completely in a wire rack.
  • Slice and enjoy..
