Ingredients

Serves 6

  • 1cup Yogurt

  • 1cup Black Sugar

  • 4tbsp Treacle syrup

  • 1+1/2cups All purpose flour

  • 1+1/2cups Corn flour

  • 1tsp Vanilla extract

  • 3nos Eggs

  • 1cup Oil

  • 1tsp Baking powder

  • 1/4cup Chocolate chips

  • 1/2cup Walnuts (chopped)

Directions

    Preheat the oven to 350F. Transfer the yogurt in a bowl.

    Sieve both flours, baking powder and keep aside..

  • 03

    Add the eggs, black sugar,treacle syrup and beat until they turns soft, now add the oil and yogurt to the sugar-egg mixture,vanilla extract and beat again everything for a while.

    Add the flours and stir well until everything get well mixed.

    Grease a bundt pan, sprinkle the chocolate chips and chopped walnuts.

    Pour the cake batter into the pan and bake for 35-40minutes or a skewer inserted comes out clean.

    Cool completely in a wire rack.

    Slice and enjoy..
