Soak mixed dry fruits, candied orange chunks in orange juice for 1 day.
Next sieve the flour, baking powder , baking soda thrice.
Next in a mixing bowl add melted butter , sugar , condensed milk and whisk very well. Pour the dry ingredient into this mixture. Next add orange juice as required and make a smooth bater. Sprinkle soaked dry fruits (taken out 1 hr before baking the cake) keep some dry fruit aside.
Preheat the pan for 10 minutes. Meanwhile grease the loaf tin pour the bater , sprinkle the left dry fruits , cherries on the top and tap twice to release air bubbles.
Next place the loaf tin in pan and bake it for 45 minutes. When its done check with toothpick and allow to cool it completely.
