Ingredients

Serves : 8
  • 11/2 cup maida
  • 3/4 cup curd
  • 3/4 cup sygar
  • 1 tsp sprig vanilla essence
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tbsp tuttifrutti

Directions

  • Preheat oven at 180°
  • Sieve dry ingredients
  • Mix curd and sugar till creamy add vanilla essence
  • Add dry ingredients and half tuttifrutti and mix
  • Pour in cup moulds and fill it 3/4th
  • Put tuttifrutti over it and bake it for 20-25 minutes at 180°
