Ingredients

Fresh beef 500gm
Big onion - 4 ( chopped )
Garlic - 2 ( paste )
Cumin powder 4 tsp
Red chilli powder 2 tsp
Pepper 1/2 tsp
cardamom - 3
bay leafs - 4
salt 1 tsp
mustard oil 2 tablespoon
green chillis - 4
1 chopped onion (for tempering )
Directions
take a pressure cooker and add fresh beef , chopped onions , garlic paste ,and all spices and salt in it and cook it on low flame untill it cooked well
When beef is cooked ...take a pan and heat oil in it now temper bay leaf , green chillis and chopped onion .
Now take cooked beaf in it and mix it well
After 10 min off the flame and serve it with chapati or rice...you will feel the texture of spices in it
