Ingredients

Serves 6

  • 200 gram all purpose flour

  • 150 grams caster sugar

  • 3 eggs

  • edible red colour one fourth of 1 tsp

  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • half of 1 tsp baking soda

  • 1 tsp refined oil

  • 2 tsp vanilla essence

  • half of 1 tsp vinegar

  • 1 pinch salt

  • 1 cup milk

  • 1½ cup whipped cream

  • 1 tbsp icing sugar

  • 15 cherries for decoration

Directions

    In a mixing bowl mix eggs, vinegar ,oil, and vanilla essence

    beat with the Blender until light and fluffy

  • 03

    Now sieve flour, baking powder, baking soda, red colour, cocoa powder and salt 4 to 5 times

    Mix flour mixture in the egg mixture in 3 parts

  • 05

    preheat the oven at 200 degree Celsius

  • 06

    take a baking dish grease it ,dust it with the flour and pour the batter in it

  • 07

    Now bake it for 20 to 25 minutes at 200 degree Celsius

    After cooling remove it from the dish

  • 09

    Mix sugar and vanilla essence in the whipped cream

  • 10

    spread the whipped cream all over the cake evenly and decorate with cherries
