Ingredients

½ of 1 cup sugar
1 can chopped pineapples
10 red cherries
200 gram all purpose flour
2 tbsp unsalted butter(melted)
200 grams sugar
half of 1 tsp salt
2 tbsp curd
4 tbsp milk
2 tbsp pineapple syrup
1 tsp baking soda
2 tbsp vanilla essence
1 egg
Directions
For topping- Take melted butter and spread evenly in the baking pan, spread sugar and place pineapple slices properly. Fill the empty space with cherries
preheat the oven at 180 degree Celsius
Take a bowl add melted butter, sugar, vanilla essence, egg curd , milk and pineapples Syrup
beat all the ingredients properly
Sieve flour salt and baking soda
add flour mixture in the butter mixture
mix both the mixtures well
Now pour this mixture on the topping very carefully
Bake it for 40 to 45 minutes at 180 degree C.
Let it cool and keep its upside down
