Ingredients

Serves : 8
  • ½ of 1 cup sugar


  • 1 can chopped pineapples


  • 10 red cherries


  • 200 gram all purpose flour


  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter(melted)


  • 200 grams sugar


  • half of 1 tsp salt


  • 2 tbsp curd


  • 4 tbsp milk


  • 2 tbsp pineapple syrup


  • 1 tsp baking soda


  • 2 tbsp vanilla essence


  • 1 egg

Directions

  • For topping- Take melted butter and spread evenly in the baking pan, spread sugar and place pineapple slices properly. Fill the empty space with cherries
  • preheat the oven at 180 degree Celsius
  • Take a bowl add melted butter, sugar, vanilla essence, egg curd , milk and pineapples Syrup
  • beat all the ingredients properly
  • Sieve flour salt and baking soda
  • add flour mixture in the butter mixture
  • mix both the mixtures well
  • Now pour this mixture on the topping very carefully
  • Bake it for 40 to 45 minutes at 180 degree C.
  • Let it cool and keep its upside down
