Preheat oven at 180°
Grease baking tray and line it with butter paper
Sieve dry ingredients
Mix sugar and curd till creamy
Add vanilla essence and dry ingredients and mix it
Pour this batter in tray and bake it for 10 minutes
Take it out and demould it on kitchen towel or butter paper
Roll it carefully and let it rest for 5 minutes like this
After 5 minutes open the roll and spread whipped cream on it and roll it again and wrap it with butter paper and keep it in fridge for 20 minutes to set
After 20 minutes take it out and cut in slices
