  • Boiled Corns 1 cup Chashew 4 Cream 2 tsp Onion slice 1 medium Tomato slice 1 small Ginger 1 small piece (chopped) Green Chilly 2 (chopped) Haldi 1tsp Kasoori methi 1 tsp (rub on palms) Pisa dhabiya 1 tsp Garam masala 1/2 tsp Coriander 3 tsp Salt to taste Oil 2 tbs

    Heat half tsp oil Add Onion, tomato, green chillies, adrak and cashews Saute all for 3-4 minutes Let cool it and grind Heat rest oil Add mixture and cook till oil remove on medium flame Add whole masala with coriander stir well Add Corns stir add 1/2cup water and cook on medium low flame Stir between Add cream stir well Hot serve
