Sieve the flour , powdered sugar, baking powder , baking soda thrice. In a mixing bowl add melted butter , oil , condensed milk and whisk for 5 minutes.
Next pour dry ingredient into wet mixute laddle by laddle. Use cut and fold method, add pineapple chunks( coated in powdered sugar) and sprig vanilla essence.
Combine and add milk to make a smooth bater. Keep it aside.
Preheat the oven in 180° C. Grease the pan and pour the bater , tap to release air bubble.
Bake the cake for 35 minutes. When its done check the cake by inserting toothpick. Cool it down and demould it. Trim the upper part of cake and cut the cake into two layers, apply sugar syrup in each layers.
Now spread pineapple flavour whipped cream in between the layer and a thin layer on the top and on the corner wall of cake.
One day before prepare the cake fondant. Sift the powdered sugar into a bowl. Be sure to reserve 1 cup pf powdered sugar for later.
Now mix the gelatin with the warm water and mix well. Add the lemon juice, mix, and let sit for 5 minutes for the gelatin to swell.
Heat the glucose for 30 seconds in a microwavable bowl/glass. Add the pineapple flavoring and glycerin to the glucose, and mix well.
Once the gelatin has swelled, heat it in the microwave for 15 seconds. (Do Not Over Heat).
Add the gelatin to the glucose and mix well.
Take the powdered sugar and spread the sugar to the sides and create a hole in the middle.
Add the glucose/gelatin mixture to the powdered sugar and begin to mix in a folding motion. Continue to mix until almost all of the powdered sugar has been absorbed.
On a clean surface, spread the reserved cup of sugar and pour the fondant paste over the surface. Start kneading very well as you knead bread dough. Folding the paste from bottom to top.
Add more powdered sugar if needed(if it becomes to sticky). You can use scraper to combine the fondant together. Once the fondant is done, begin to pull and fold together so that it well become streachy.
Collect the fondant into a ball and place inside a plastic bag. Get as much air out as possible from the inside of the bag to avoid having the fondant dry out.
Now take the fondant out and divide it into 4 parts. Keep more fondant part for yellow and blue. Use your palm to knead as the warmth of your hands will help soften it which will make it easier when you mix in the food gel paste. Add colour yellow for covering the cake and mix it very well so that we got yellow solid fondant.
Repeat the process to make other fondant part ready. Now start rolling the fondant into desired inch and with the help of roller pick up the fondant and place it carefully on the cake. Press it gently to get the smooth texture and stretch from the bottom so that the wall of cake will be clean and smooth texture.
Now roll for blue color and cut the desire shape to make minion dress part. For eye roll the blue fondant and make a circle shape and olace it on the cake. Roll the black fondant and cut into strip to make google part.
Make eyes tongue and hair part. When its done give the detail detailing od dress using fork and make black small buttons.
Now out minion is done. Freeze the cake for half an hour.
Slice the cake and enjoy the yummy , delious cake.
