Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 3 cup saivai

  • 1 cup melted butter

  • 2 cup milk

  • 4 tsp corn flour

  • half of 1 cup Mozzarella cheese

  • 4 tbsp sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

  • 2 Cup sugar

  • half of 1 cup water

  • 2 tbsp rose water

  • 3 tsp lemon juice

  • For decoration - Chocolate sauce 2 tbsp

Directions

    Heat of the milk in a pan and mix sugar

  • 02

    Dilute corn flour in the water and add in the water

  • 03

    stir continuously so that the lungs should not form

  • 04

    now add grated cheese in it and stir continuously

    At last add vanilla essence and switch off the flame

    Take a separate Pan add water and sugar make syrup and keep it aside

    now take a separate bowl add Saivai and melted butter

    now take a pan and grease it

  • 09

    now keep Saivai and press it well

    love on the Saivai spread cheese sauce evenly

    now again spread Saivai and press properly

    Heat up flat pan on the slow flame and keep savai pan on it

  • 13

    cover the pan and cook for 10 minutes

  • 14

    now remove from the pan and place it on a plate

  • 15

    Pour sugar syrup and decorate with chocolate sauce
