Ingredients

Serves 6

  • 2 packet Oreo biscuits

  • 5 tbsp melted butter

  • 32 once cream cheese

  • 6 tbsp cup sugar

  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract

  • 1 cup warm milk

  • For decoration- 4-5 strawberry

  • 1 cup powdered oreo biscuits

  • 1 tbsp gilatin

    Separate cream from the biscuits

  • 02

    Fill all the biscuits in a plastic packet and crush them

  • 03

    Pour melted butter in the crushed biscuits

  • 04

    Mix them well and spread it evenly in a baking tin

  • 05

    Heat up a pan add cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and removed oreo biscuit cream

    Mix them well, add gilatin in the hot milk ,mix it and pour in the pan

    Now stir it on medium flame for 5 to 6 minutes

    Now pour cream mixture on the crushed biscuits

    Spread powdered biscuits on the cream evenly

    cut strawberries in half and decorate it as given in the picture

    Keep it in the refrigerator for 8 to 10 hours

    Now your biscuit cheese cake is ready to eat
