Ingredients

Serves : 8
  • Whole wheat flour : 2 cups


  • Oats : 1/2 cup


  • Powdered sugar : 1 cup


  • Raw mango puree : 2/3 cup


  • Baking powder : 1 teaspoon


  • Baking soda : 1/3 teaspoon


  • Salt : 1 pinch


  • Milk : 1 cup


  • Green food colour : 2 drops


  • Butter : 2 tablespoons


  • For garnishing: Edible Rose petals : 2 tablespoon


  • Sprinklers : 1/2 bowl

Directions

  • First take all dry ingredients and sieve twice. Keep aside.
  • Now mix all wet ingredients with sugar till fluffy.
  • Now add seived dry mixture in wet batter in 3 batches.
  • Add food colour also. Cut and fold batter lightly.
  • Grease cake mould and Bake in microwave for 1 0 minutes .
  • Do toothpick test. If it comes clean then cake is ready. Now Keep aside to cool.
  • When cake cools down then garnish with sprinklers and rose petals.

Moreover i used whole wheat flour and oats in it to make it as complete diet. This cake is so delicious and its taste is very much different from routine cakes . Its so delectable and scrumptious . So now enjoy yummy cake guilt-free.
