Firstly sieve the maida, cocoa powder and salt 3 times.
Now transfer it into a bowl, and add sugar now add water and mix it well. Now start adding oil in small quantity and form a blended paste then add sprig gourmet vanilla essence.
Now transfer the batter into a mould and keep it into a preheated oven of 180° ans bake for 30mins
When its totally baked keep it into the oven for 5mins as stand by time.
Now cut the brownie into small square piece and put it into a sizzler plate, keep one scoop ice cream and pour hot chocolate sauce on it.
