Serves : 10
  • 200 gm all purpose flour

  • 180 gm suger powder

  • 3 tbsp. Coco powder

  • 3 tbsp milk powder

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

  • 1 cup milk

  • 1/2 cup oil

  • 1 tsp vineager

  • 1/4 tsp. Salt

  • 1/2 cup butter

  • 3/4 cup icing suger

  • 1/4 cup Strawberry glaze

  • 250 gm fresh cherry

  • 1 tsp coloured suger balls

  • 1 tsp vanila essance


  • Take all the dry ingredients on a siever and sieve them on in a bowl.
  • Take a bowl mix oil, milk and vineager beat it with a beater fir 2-3 minutes
  • Now add the dry mixture in to the wet one.
  • Add vanila essance and mix it well
  • Now pour this better in to a greased tin.
  • And bake it oven at 180 degree temperature.
  • After 40 minute check it,take it out and let it cool.
  • frosting..........Take butter and icing suger in a bowl and beat it till it gets fluffy
  • Unmold the cake and cut it from between into 2 layers.
  • Soak all the layers in the water.
  • Now take a cake cardboard and place a layer of cake on it and apply some thin layer butter cream and then put another layer of cake on it
  • Now apply a very thin layer of butter cream around the cake and cover it.
  • Now apply strawberry glaze on top and then arrange the fresh cherry s on it
  • Sprinkle some colour suger balls
  • Yummy tasty...Naked cherry cake is ready..
