Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk powder

  • 1/2 cup milk

  • 1 tbsp ghee( clarified butter)

  • 1/2 cup condensed milk

  • 1 1/2 cup all purpose flour

  • 1 cup butter

  • 1 pkt of ready to make whipped cream

  • 1 tsp cardamon powder

    For making mawa at home by using milk powder take a deep pan add milk powder into it.

    Take milk adding clarified butter into it and bring it to boil

  • 03

    Mix boiled milk to the milk powder and start stiring it will get crumbled and mawa is ready

    In the same pan add butter and condensed milk and whisked it nicely

    Next add cardamon powder and add all purpose flour and whisk it for 3 minutes and with spatula stir the cake batter for a minute

    Next take muffin tray and keep paper cups and fill 3/4th quantity of the cup with cake batter

    Keep in oven for 175 degree Celsius Bake for 20-25 mins or till a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.

    Now for giving a beautiful look for a simple mawa cake I have used ready to make whipped cream

    By taking 200ml cold water add the powder of whipped cream into it and keep for 15 minutes in refrigerator and whipped it for 3 to 4 minutes and you will see it is becoming soft and fluppy cream getting ready keep again in refrigerator for more 15 minutes

    Now whipped cream is ready now decorate the mawa cup cakes with whipped cream on the top and decorate it with some edible sugar flowers and try this yummy soft and delicious mawa cake
