Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 1 cup 3 tbsp all purpose flour


  • 1 cup sugar


  • 1/2 tsp baking powder


  • 1/2 tsp baking soda


  • 1/4 cup curd


  • 1/4 cup oil


  • 2 tbsp milk


  • 80 ml water


  • 1 tsp pineapple essence

Directions

  • Preheat oven on 180 degree for 10 minutes
  • Sieve apf, baking soda, baking powder and sugar
  • Mix oil curd and essence together
  • Now mix dry ingredients to wet in 2 batch
  • Use cut and fold method and make a smooth batter
  • If your batter is thick add 2 tbsp milk
  • Pour the batter in preapred tin
  • Bake this for for 30-35 minutes
  • Do a toothpick test before you take out the cake
  • Rest it for 5 minutes and then invert it on wire rack
  • Let it cool down completely before doing icing or just have it like that
