Preheat oven on 180 degree for 10 minutes
Sieve apf, baking soda, baking powder and sugar
Mix oil curd and essence together
Now mix dry ingredients to wet in 2 batch
Use cut and fold method and make a smooth batter
If your batter is thick add 2 tbsp milk
Pour the batter in preapred tin
Bake this for for 30-35 minutes
Do a toothpick test before you take out the cake
Rest it for 5 minutes and then invert it on wire rack
Let it cool down completely before doing icing or just have it like that
