Pre-heat oven at 100 degree C for 10 min.Grease 9 inch baking tin or line with a butter paper
Sift together both flour , cinnamon powder , baking powder and salt together.
In a bowl mix oil and sugar for 30 sec.Add one by one egg and mix well.
Add flour to this in 3 equal parts.Add milk in between.Fold it nicely.
Mix grated carrot, ginger , walnuts and fold it.
Pour the batter into the tin and bake for 40 minutes.
