Ingredients

Serves : 8
  • 1 cup Pearl Millet Flour


  • 1 cup whole wheat flour


  • 2 cup grated carrot


  • 1 cup organic brown sugar


  • 1/2 cup Cow Milk


  • 1 tbsp grated ginger


  • 4 egg


  • 2tsp cinnamon powder


  • 2 tsp baking powder


  • 1 cup Canola oil


  • 1/8 tsp salt


  • 1/4 cup walnut

Directions

  • Pre-heat oven at 100 degree C for 10 min.Grease 9 inch baking tin or line with a butter paper
  • Sift together both flour , cinnamon powder , baking powder and salt together.
  • In a bowl mix oil and sugar for 30 sec.Add one by one egg and mix well.
  • Add flour to this in 3 equal parts.Add milk in between.Fold it nicely.
  • Mix grated carrot, ginger , walnuts and fold it.
  • Pour the batter into the tin and bake for 40 minutes.
