  • 1 kg fresh carrots

  • 1.5 cup sugar

  • 1/2 ltr milk

  • 1 ltr milk for cream cheese

  • 1 lemon juice

  • 5-6 rusk (tost)

  • 3 tsp condensed milk

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 100 grm White chocolate compound


  • Firstly wash and grate carrots
  • In a cook pan add carrots with milk and cook it
  • When milk disolve and carrots become soft add 1.5 cup of sugar and cook it gor another 15 min or get a heard texture
  • Crush rusk and make fine powder in mixer, now add condensed milk and venila excract and again mix well
  • For cream cheese, boil 1 ltr milk and switch off the flam now add lemon juice and mix well. Milk become ejaculation. Stain the milk and grind remaining solid mix with 1 cup of full cream milk and 2 tsp sugar powder. we get smooth texture cheese cream
  • Now spread rusk and condensed milk mix in a microwave proof bowl and press it, pour Carmel souce on it
  • Now pour carrot mix over it, pour ready cream cheese on it
  • Finely add some chopped white chocolate compound on it
  • Microwave it for 3 min and let it cool in freezer
  • Ready, finely u can decorate it as your choice by white chocolate and carmel souce
