  • 6 slices bread

  • 1 cup mix veggies like bell pepper yellow,red and green capcicum , green peas, broccoli

  • 1 pkt maggi noodles

  • 1 Onion

  • 1 cup sev for garnishing

  • 1 tomato

  • 1 green chilly

  • 1 sachet maggi masala magic

  • 2 sachet maggi masala

  • 1 tbsp salt

  • 2 tbsp oil

  • 1 cup cheez


  • 1 .To prepare this delicious snacks recipe peel and chopp onion along with green chilly in a bowl , grate cheez, chopp tomato, chopp all veggies and keep ready
  • In a pan boil maggi noodles with adding 1 tsp of salt and oil so that maggi will not get sticky and when maggi is cooked drain the water completely and keep.
  • Now ,put a pan over medium flame and add 2 tbsp of oil in it. Once the oil is hot enough add onion along with green chilly and saute until it becomes soft and light brown
  • Next add all the chopped veggies and saute till the veggies been cooked well
  • Next add boiled maggi , 2 sachet of maggi masala ,And 1 sachet of maggi masala magic to give good taste
  • Now cut the ends of bread slice from all sides.
  • Make slice flat with rolling pin
  • Now brush water on three sides of slice to make cone and by greasing water it will hold the shape of cone
  • Now add the stuffing we made of maggi in the cone
  • Add grated cheez on the top and keep in oven for 20 minutes on 275 degree Celsius to get bread crispy and cheez gets melt.
  • And when it is done, add tomato sauce on sides of the cone .Garnish with sev to give that beautiful look and serve hot and yummy maggi cones.
