Ingredients

Serves : 8
  • 1½ cup all purpose flour


  • 150 grams sugar


  • 3 egg yolk


  • 4 egg's white part only


  • 2 pinch salt


  • 1 tsp baking powder


  • 1 tsp vanilla essence


  • 2 tbsp oil


  • 4 Cup whipped cream


  • 2 mangoes


  • 1 Pinch of yellow eatable colour

Directions

  • take a bowl mix all purpose flour baking powder and sugar
  • now mix egg yolks and oil
  • add vanilla essence and mix well
  • take a separate bowl and add white parts of egg
  • start beating and add sugar in parts
  • now fold egg white in flour mixture
  • now grease the cake mould and pour the batter in it
  • now place it in a preheated oven at 180 degree Celsius for 35 minutes
  • keep it in the fridge for cooling
  • divide the whipped cream into 4 parts
  • mix yellow colour in one part
  • Spread the white whipped cream all over the cake evenly
  • peel off the mango and cut the pieces as shown in the picture
  • At the centre of the cake decorate yellow whipped cream and rest with cut mangoes
