Ingredients

Serves 8

  • 1½ cup all purpose flour

  • 150 grams sugar

  • 3 egg yolk

  • 4 egg's white part only

  • 2 pinch salt

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

  • 2 tbsp oil

  • 4 Cup whipped cream

  • 2 mangoes

  • 1 Pinch of yellow eatable colour

Directions

    take a bowl mix all purpose flour baking powder and sugar

  • 02

    now mix egg yolks and oil

  • 03

    add vanilla essence and mix well

  • 04

    take a separate bowl and add white parts of egg

  • 05

    start beating and add sugar in parts

  • 06

    now fold egg white in flour mixture

  • 07

    now grease the cake mould and pour the batter in it

    now place it in a preheated oven at 180 degree Celsius for 35 minutes

    keep it in the fridge for cooling

    divide the whipped cream into 4 parts

  • 11

    mix yellow colour in one part

  • 12

    Spread the white whipped cream all over the cake evenly

  • 13

    peel off the mango and cut the pieces as shown in the picture

  • 14

    At the centre of the cake decorate yellow whipped cream and rest with cut mangoes
