Whisk eggs,150g sugar, milk and oil together.
Add in flour, baking powder, cocoa powder and mix well.
Pour batter in a well prepared lined cake pan
Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180°C for 30- 40 mins or until a skewer comes out clean .
Leave to cool in the pan before removing
To make the frosting : Cream butter and half sugar and cocoa powder . Add milk little by little.
Gradually add the remaining sugar and cocoa powder and mix well until it thickens and has the consistency of a frosting.
when the cake has cooled down , Layer the cake and frost each layer well. Decorate as desired.
Serve with ice cream
