Pteheat oven at180°
Mix sugar and curd till sugar dissolves
Add baking powder and baking soda in it and mix
Add flour in batches and mix in cut and fold method
Add oil and essence in it and mix
Take half of batter in another bowl and add coco powder and mix
Transfer plain batter in the mould and than pour coco batter on it
Tap it twice and bake for 25 minutes at 180°
Cool on wire rack and cut in slices
