Eggless Coco Vanilla Cake

Ingredients

Serves : 12
  • 11/2 cup flour
  • 3/4 cup curd
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp sprig vanilla essence
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tbsp coco powder

Directions

  • Pteheat oven at180°
  • Mix sugar and curd till sugar dissolves
  • Add baking powder and baking soda in it and mix
  • Add flour in batches and mix in cut and fold method
  • Add oil and essence in it and mix
  • Take half of batter in another bowl and add coco powder and mix
  • Transfer plain batter in the mould and than pour coco batter on it
  • Tap it twice and bake for 25 minutes at 180°
  • Cool on wire rack and cut in slices
