Preheat oven at 180°C
Shift all dry ingredients together at least 2-3 times.
Add sugar to milk and mix till dissolved.
Now add vinegar to it and mix well. Leave for 5 minutes.
Add oil and sprig vanilla essence to it and mix well.
Now add dry and wet ingredients together and mix gently using cut and fold method till lumpless batter is ready .
Immediately pour batter in greased and lined baking pan and bake for 30-35 minutes in the preheated oven.
Check with the skewer for doneness. If skewer inserted in cake comes put clean then done else bake for few more minutes.
Remove from oven and let it rest for 10 minutes then invert on a wire rack and cool completely before dressing it in your favourite icing.
