  • *COOKER PLUM CAKE* *Ingredients* 1. Egg -3 2. Maida- 1 1/2 cup 3. Baking powder-1 tspn 4. Sugar- 1/2 1/2 cup 5. Water- 1 cup 6. Dry fruits& nutmeg powder-1/2 tsp 7. Cinnamon pwder-1/2 tsp 8. Cardamom pwder-1/2 tsp 9. Cloves pwder-1/2 tsp 10. Oil- 3/4 cup 11. Orange zest- 1/2 tsp 12. Orange juice- 1 cup 13. Vanila essence- 1 spn 14. Salt- 1 pinch


  • *Preperation* First of all soak the dry fruits in orange juice and keep it in refridgerator for 1 day.heat the pan and add 1/2 cup sugar and heat till it becomes brown colour.add water and boil till it becomes 1/2 cup.(be careful while pouring water). Take a pan and mix 7,8,9 ingredients and keep it aside.take 2 bowls and seperate egg white and egg yolk.add vanila essence and salt in egg white and beat until it becomes fluffy.add remaining sugar into egg yolk and beat nicely and add oil and beat properly. Add orange zest as well as boiled sugar (after it becomes cold) and beat .keep beater aside and sieve maida, spices, baking powder and add slowly and fold them using spatula.add the dry fruits mix also.heat a pan , grease the cooker and keep a butter paper and pour the cake batter in to it.and close the lid of the cooker and cook for 25 mints(avoid whistle).
