Ingredients

  • 1½ cup all purpose flour

  • 1¼ cup powdered sugar

  • 1¼ cup grated coconut

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 2 tbsp melted butter

  • 1 pinch salt

  • 3 eggs

  • 6 tbsp milk

  • For icing - 1 cup heavy chilled cream

  • 2 tbsp icing sugar

  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract

  • For Laddoos- 1½ cup grated coconut

  • 6 tbsp condensed milk

  • 2-3 strawberry for decoration

    Preheat the oven at 180 degree Celsius

    sift the flour, baking powder and salt

  • 03

    Mix butter, powdered sugar and coconut with milk ,mix well using a blender

  • 04

    Now add flour in part and make a smooth batter

  • 05

    bake for about 40 to 45 minutes or until the knife inserted in center and comes out clean

    let it cool for 10 minutes

    now prepare icing combine all ingredients and beat until the cream holds soft peaks

    After this make Laddoos , heat up a karahi add condensed milk and grated coconut

  • 09

    cook on slow heat while stirring consistency

  • 10

    cook the mixture until the mixture start leaving the sides of the kadai

  • 11

    then make small Laddoos of it

    when the cake becomes completely cool then put icing on all sides of the cake and spread the grated coconut on all over the cake

    cut the strawberries and place at the centre of the cake and decorate it with grated chocolate
