Whisk butter,oil and powdered sugar till creamy
Add condensed milk and mix
Add flour,coco powder,baking soda and baking powder and mix
Add buttermilk and 1/2 tsp vanilla essence and mix
Transfer in greased mould and bake it for 20 minutes at 180°
Cool on wire rack and scrape upper portion of cake to level it
Mix condensed milk and vanilla essence in dessicated coconut and spread on cake and slightly press with spatula
Mix hot whipped cream in chopped chocolate and mix till chocolate dissolves
Spread chocolate ganache over coconut layer and keep in fridge to set it
Cut in pieces and serve
