Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • Carrots 2 chopped


  • Peas frozen/ boiled 1 cup


  • Onions 1 chopped


  • Asafoetida 1 pinch of


  • Spring onions 4 chopped


  • Coriander powder 2 tablespoon


  • Cumin powder 1 tablespoon


  • Salt 1/2 tsp or to taste


  • Red chilly powder 1 teaspoon


  • Corn flour 4 tablespoon


  • Oil 2 cups for frying


  • For dough: All Purpose Flour 1 cup


  • 1 cup Spinach Puree


  • Salt 1/4 teaspoon

Directions

  • Heat a wok and add 1 teaspoon oil , and all the spices and veggies. Mix all the ingredients together.
  • Switch off the gas.
  • Stuffing is ready.
  • Prepare a dough with spinach puree. And keep aside.
  • Take bread slices and cut rouundles from center.
  • Fill the stuffing and prepare a kind of sandwich.
  • Roll the dough ball just little big from bread disc.
  • Place preapared bread disc on rolled dough and start folding around.
  • Prepare all the kachoris and deep fry it.
  • Innovative Bread kachoris are ready.
