Ingredients

Serves 3

  • Carrots 2 chopped

  • Peas frozen/ boiled 1 cup

  • Onions 1 chopped

  • Asafoetida 1 pinch of

  • Spring onions 4 chopped

  • Coriander powder 2 tablespoon

  • Cumin powder 1 tablespoon

  • Salt 1/2 tsp or to taste

  • Red chilly powder 1 teaspoon

  • Corn flour 4 tablespoon

  • Oil 2 cups for frying

  • For dough: All Purpose Flour 1 cup

  • 1 cup Spinach Puree

  • Salt 1/4 teaspoon

Directions

    Heat a wok and add 1 teaspoon oil , and all the spices and veggies. Mix all the ingredients together.

    Switch off the gas.

    Stuffing is ready.

    Prepare a dough with spinach puree. And keep aside.

    Take bread slices and cut rouundles from center.

    Fill the stuffing and prepare a kind of sandwich.

    Roll the dough ball just little big from bread disc.

    Place preapared bread disc on rolled dough and start folding around.

    Prepare all the kachoris and deep fry it.
