Ingredients

Serves 3

  • Parle-g biscuit 40 in number

  • Powdered sugar 1 tbsp

  • Milk 1 glass

  • Sprinklers 1 tsp of each variety

  • Sprig vanilla bourbon essence 1/2 tsp

  • Eno 1/ 2 packet

  • Oil 1 tsp

  • All purpose flour 1 tsp for dusting

    Grind parle g biscuits in a mixer

  • 02

    In a bowl add grinded biscuit powder,powdered sugar, milk.mix in one direction

  • 03

    Add sugar then add milk in batches

  • 04

    Mix nicely

  • 05

    Batter should be of medium consistensy add vanilla essence in it

    after essence Add eno powder in it

  • 07

    Preheat the microwave safe bowl.for 10 minutes

  • 08

    Grease it beforehand with oil and dust all purpose flour in it

    Pour cake batter

  • 10

    Tap it to prevent bubble

  • 11

    Microwave it for 10 minutes at 180 degree

  • 12

    cake is ready in minutes

  • 13

    Garnish as per choice
