3 Cups all purpose flour 1+ 1/8 cup milk 1 1/2 Tsp salt 5 Tsp butter 3 Tbsp milk powder 3 Tsp yeast 1 Tbsp sugar Butter and milk for brushing
Sieve flour and cocoa powder, keep aside
In a bowl beat curd and sugar very well.
After that add baking powder and baking soda and beat 5 min. Leave this mix when becomes forthy or 10 min.
After that add vanilla essence and oil and mix gently.
Now add flour on batches. Mix all flour gently.
Pour into the tin and bake it 25 to 30 min 180 c.
Now in a bowl take cream and chocolate microwave 30 second and again 30 second till chocolate melts and both mix completely.
When cake completely cool cut layer put chocolate ganache in layers now cover chocolate sponge with chocolate ganache
Now make a design according to your choice.
