  • 100 gm butter,100 gm granulated sugar,2 eggs,1 tsp pine apple essence,100 gm rice flour

    First of all preheat the oven. Grease 6 inch cake pan or loaf pan with butter & flour.

    Beat butter and sugar in bowl until it gets light & fluffy in texture.

    Add egg one by one .Beat eggs for 3 to 5 add flour with spatula cut and fold method.

    Now pour the batter in greased pan .Bake180 'c for 20 to 30 minutes depending on oven.

    After baked the cake check with knife if knife comes out clean the cake is done.
