  • 100 gm butter,100 gm granulated sugar,2 eggs,1 tsp pine apple essence,100 gm rice flour


  • First of all preheat the oven. Grease 6 inch cake pan or loaf pan with butter & flour.
  • Beat butter and sugar in bowl until it gets light & fluffy in texture.
  • Add egg one by one .Beat eggs for 3 to 5 add flour with spatula cut and fold method.
  • Now pour the batter in greased pan .Bake180 'c for 20 to 30 minutes depending on oven.
  • After baked the cake check with knife if knife comes out clean the cake is done.
  • enjoy gluten free cake with hot cup of tea
