Ingredients

Serves : 8
  • 11/2 cup maida
  • 1 cup curd
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 2 tbsp tuttifrutti
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

Directions

  • Preheat oven for 5 min
  • Sieve dry ingredients
  • Mix curd and sugar till it dissolves
  • Add vanilla essence and oil and mix
  • Add dry ingredients and mix and pour batter in rose shape muffins mould and bake it for 15 minutes
  • Enjoy with tea
