Ingredients

Serves : 15
  • 11/2 cup maida


  • 1/2 cup curd


  • 1/4 cup oil


  • 3/4 cup sugar


  • 1 tsp vanilla essence


  • 1/2 tsp baking powder


  • 1/4 tsp baking soda


  • 1 tin canned pineapple


  • 5-6 cherry


  • 250 gm whipped cream


  • 1/2 tbsp sprinkles

Directions

  • Preheat oven for 10 minutes
  • Sieve dry ingredients
  • Whisk sugar,oil and curd
  • Add vanilla essence and mix
  • Add dry ingredients in batches and mix in cut and fold method
  • Transfer in round greased baking disc and bake it for 25 minutes
  • Cool down and cut in half
  • Apply juice of canned pineapple on upper sides of cake and spread whipped cream over it and flatten it with palette knife
  • Put chopped pineapple on it and apply some whipped cream on it and cover with another slice of cake
  • Wet it with syrup and apply whipped cream over it flatten it
  • Make design with whipped cream,cherries,sprinkles and chopped pinapple
