Preheat oven for 10 minutes
Sieve dry ingredients
Whisk sugar,oil and curd
Add vanilla essence and mix
Add dry ingredients in batches and mix in cut and fold method
Transfer in round greased baking disc and bake it for 25 minutes
Cool down and cut in half
Apply juice of canned pineapple on upper sides of cake and spread whipped cream over it and flatten it with palette knife
Put chopped pineapple on it and apply some whipped cream on it and cover with another slice of cake
Wet it with syrup and apply whipped cream over it flatten it
Make design with whipped cream,cherries,sprinkles and chopped pinapple
