Ingredients

Serves 4

  • For Thandai Rabri -500 gm milk

  • 1 packet instant rabdi mix

  • 1 cup milk

  • 2 tbsp thandai masala

  • 7-8 Saffron strands

  • For Cheese Cake - 15 hide and seek biscuits

  • 2 tbsp melted butter

  • 1 tsp Malai

  • 1 cup Amul fresh cream

  • Britannia cream cheese 200 gm

  • 2 tbsp chopped Pistachios

  • 2 tbsp crushed roasted almonds

  • 7-8 petals of rose

Directions

    Heat up the milk in kadai or heavy skillet

  • 02

    Mix Rabri mix in one cup milk

  • 03

    Mixes rabdi mix in the Kadai and stir until thick

  • 04

    When the milk becomes half then add thandai masala in it

  • 05

    Now add Saffron strands and stir continuously

    Stir the rabdi until it looks like Mawa

    Now crush all the biscuits and add Malai and melted butter in it

  • 08

    Now on a plate keep butter paper and set a ring to make the shape of cake

    Spread the mixture of biscuits in the ring evenly

    Now spread crushed Almonds on the biscuit mixture

    Take a bowl , mix cream cheese and fresh cream with the help of Beater

    Now mix the rabdi mixture in this cream mixture

  • 13

    Pour this mixture in the cake ring and keep it in the refrigerator to set

  • 14

    After 8 to 10 hours remove it from the fridge and remove the ring also

  • 15

    Now decorate the cake with chopped pistachios and rose petals
