Firstly soak dry fruits in orange juice for 2 hours.
Sprinkle 1 table spoon flour over the cashew nut, almonds and wallnuts.
Further more take powdered sugar and oil and blend.
Further sieve all purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, milk powder, dry ginger powder, cardamom powder and cinnamon powder.
Blend till batter is combined and dry fruits and orange juice mix.
Add cashew nuts, almonds and walnuts.
Further transfer the cake batter into the cake mould.
Bake at 180℃ for 45 minutes.
Finally serve the Plum cake.
