Sieve wheat flour , baking powder and soda four times.
Next in a mixing bowl add oil , sugar , carrot condensed milk and whisk it very well.
Next start adding dry ingredient in mixture and combine it.
Next add milk if required and make a smooth bater.
Preheat the pan for 180°C for 10 minutes.
Pour the bater in greased oil with butter paper and tap twice.
Now bake the cake for 25-30 minutes and check with tootpick if its done or not.
Cool it doen and demould the cake.
Now prepare the frosting with butter, sugar and pistachios.
When the cake is completely cool , spread the frosting and sprinkle pistachios on the top.
Cut into slices and enjoy.
